Quality Assurance starts with a Quality Management Plan which enures that:

• Requirements and Design Specifications, Project Plans and Costings are reviewed and checked with the customer and with the developers to make sure they are properly understood and reflect real expectations with sufficient precision
• Prototypes are reviewed thoroughly with the customer to make sure expectations are achievable
• Artwork and Writen Copy is reviewed and checked for pixel precision, tight sense and acurate renderring of branded material
• Functionality, Usability and Compliance are thoroughly tested; people will see your site at its best, no matter what browser they are using, even if your web content is read to them using an automated screen reader:
